Prior to starting in the inspection business, Rick Madden, CMI owned a construction company, which was created to design, develop, and build the restaurants he owned, his personal residence, and many home remodeling projects.

 

Rick enjoys customer interaction and encourages his clients to attend the inspection.  This allows him the ability to discuss and explain his findings prior to the clients receiving their report.

 

Rick is committed to continuing his education to stay abreast of changes in the industry, as well as being involved in the associations that represent the inspection industry.
